This is a FNaF animation / animatronic simulation software to make your own shows and songs in! Recreating actual systems and techniques used to animate real animatronics, this will give you the full experience of what Freddy Fazbear's Pizza may have been like in real life. A wide variety of customization, tweaking, and visual effects will let you play your shows how you want them.

Faz-Anim Hits 1000+ Showtapes! 51½ Hours of content!
March 10th, 2024
After over 3 years since its first version, Faz-Anim has continuously been generating fan content, showtapes, and mods.
Recently it has achieved over a thousand showtapes! More than two days straight of songs created by the community. I want to thank you all for creating such wonderful things with my game, its extremely fun to make games that bring out player's imaginations, and I will continue this development style with my current game Pneumagination. Here's the official Faz-Anim playlist that features all fan showtapes. Enjoy!https://www.youtube.com/playlist?list=PLhwyGmlwAGUsdcPPKsIg9lC3gP5spPWn2
The game's full development assets and codebase is now open source! You all can now mod the game, help improve the codebase for future patches, document the systems and features, or just simply browse the development assets.
I'm planning on making sure all my future games released include an open source codebase of some kind, as I believe it is much better than keeping your code hidden and potentially lost if not preserved well. I encourage other fangame developers to do the same, preservation of your work and letting others improve it is just as important as with official FNaF stuff.
Make sure you read the GPL-2.0 Software License if you plan to publish or share any works derivative of this codebase
Faz-Anim: Full Release! + The Future
June 14th, 2022
Version 1.50, 60 updates and exactly 660 days in development later.
Welcome to the full release of Faz-Anim! There may be future bug fixes and small content updates later on, but I think the game is presentable enough to be called "Done". Its been a fun 2 years working on the RR engine, and spinning of that to work on this fun project.
The project's open development was a great experiment and learning experience. Letting people watch every decision I made on the game publicly from day 1 allowed a lot of great feedback and changes to be made, while also providing a good archive of the game's development for future players to enjoy. Going forward I will definitely try my best to continue providing an open development environment with future titles when its applicable.
Even though this branch of my RR engine is ending, the initial software Reel to Real is still in development and will have its own page sometime in the future. Any changes to the underlying simulation made there will be applied to Faz-Anim, and I'll be sure to update the game in those cases.
There is one last thing for Faz-Anim that will be coming out unrelated to the game itself, but I don't have any set time for when that will happen. I'll be sure to provide an update once that gets closer to being done.
Thank you all for using the software and making over 500 animations with it! Glad you all enjoyed it, and for all the new people that will discover the game in its final build.
As for the future, a new survival game is now in development...
200k Views & News!
March 29th, 2022
Thanks for 200k views and 50k downloads! I'm glad people have been enjoying this game and its open development as we near closer to its finish. I hope the recent tutorial update has helped more be able to start to make shows!
The last main animatronic content update will be finishing in the coming weeks, that being Toy Foxy's stage debut. After that the game will be going from Alpha to Beta, and I'll begin improving the game's features, fixing bugs, and preparing for the final stable release. That doesn't mean I won't add new costumes, stages, and prizes however. After all that I'll probably release a proper trailer for the game.
If the game continues to be popular after launch, I'll consider adding animatronics from the rest of the game series through Post-Launch Updates. It was best to cut off after the Toys now as the development of each robot is extremely time consuming (and tedious).
As for Toy Foxy, a test update is on the downloads page that includes them. I'll be updating this every once and a while as I slowly complete their stage of instruments. Just know that test updates will never be as polished as the main releases, so feel free to wait for the final update
And as always, feel free to join the Discord Server for updates on my progress and notifications for the test builds! I post every single little change and WIP of the game I'm making in real time, and you'll also be able to hang out and communicate with other animators.
