GEMS: A FNaF Epilogue was a version 3 to the cancelled 'Hiddem Gems' and 'Hidden Gems: Epilogue', which started development from November 24th, 2017, and lasted up to December 3rd, 2017. It had some sort of teaser release but not much before it was scrapped for the eventual 'Hidden Gems: A FNaF Epilogue Chapter 1' release in 2019. The archive contains all of the assets (some .blends I scrubbed duplicate files from to save space) alongside the MFA. The MFA contains basically nothing outside of a very small gameplay scenario. Some assets are reused and brought over from 'Hidden Gems: Epilogue'. I do not remember much of this version and I'm not sure why its such a visual downgrade from 'Hidden Gems: Epilogue'.
